Justin Miller is the owner of CrossFit SBC in Shreveport, Louisiana. A lifelong athlete, Justin grew up competing in multiple sports — including track and field, wrestling, snowboarding, and football. His athletic career led him to Wheaton College in Illinois, where he played football and met his wife, Lauren. After college, Justin’s competitive drive found a new outlet in CrossFit.
