The Horizontal Integration Facility was built in 2011 on Wallops Island as a place to bring the stages of rocket together in preparation for launch. Welcome to Wallops, U.S. AirForce Thunderbirds! Despite some low cloud coverage, the team was able to safely land their F-16 aircraft at Wallops in preparation for the upcoming OC Air Show.
