Brrrrr the ice may not be going anywhere, but this little mink sure is! While the rest of us shiver indoors, this brave weasel is seen playfully popping out of the snow covering our Ashbridge beavers' lodge. Unlike us unequipped humans mink are well suited for cold and wet conditions. Their beautiful fur coats have two thick layers to wick away moisture and insulate their bodies! Happy watershed Wednesday and don't attempt this stunt at home, leave the snow scurrying to the furry professionals!
