11 Years Ago Today, Dimebag Darrell was shot onstage in Ohio, while planning with his band Damageplan. 25-year-old former Marine Nathan Gale, using a Beretta 92FS / Beretta M9 pistol, shot Abbott three times in the head, killing him instantly.
