Dinner at the famous seafood restaurant @yalovarestaurant in Canakkale, Türkiye. Loved the samphire dishes, that sea bass crudo with lime and a little smatter of pink peppercorns as well as the sea snails and octopus with some spectacular local mushrooms. Gazing out of the Dardanelles Strait from whence much of it comes adds to the experience. As does the wonderful local semolina cheesecake with suitably elastic dondurma ice cream.
